Great get away for the weekend when it’s cold out. Cheaper than the other indoor parks in the area and still good quality.

The resort is excellent and the whole family had a lovely time. Staff was helpful and attentive. Property was clean but could use some updates so as to not look so old. Our only complaint was the bedding was dirty and smelled musty. My daughter refused to even use the blanket because it smelled so bad. There were holes and several stains on the sheets.

They are still on playing the COVID card and do not clean the rooms at all during your stay. They ask you to initial fine print that explains that issue but they do not verbally. The COVID card is a cost savings that they do not pass on to the customer. They also don’t replenish your towels and if you ask them to they say they will get around to it but fail to do so.

My car broke down on highway & resort states since I booked thru Travelocity I can’t get a refund or reschedule! I lost $350 dealing with your company & I will never use you again. I’m very unhappy with your company😡😡😡😡😡
