Pros: Price, pet friendly, great pool and grounds, staff was accommodating, location, lots of grills and tables, in room fridge and microwave Cons: The room: musty.. smelled bad, ripped and very dirty carpet, air conditioner filter was layered in dirt/debris that I had to clean myself, very small tv, bed was noisy and uncomfortable. Great place to stay on a budget and we will come back for our annual trip next summer, but our particular room this time was very gross. The room simply smelled BAD. I should not be cleaning filters and purchasing air fresheners just to feel somewhat comfortable and not gag when I walk in. The carpet was so dirty that my family refused to walk on the carpet without sandals on. My son walked with his white socks and they were black within minutes. Service, price, accommodations, and location keep me coming back, but next year I am requesting a proper room and bringing and air purifier.

Amazing!

It was our first trip to the area and we really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and very spacious. All the staff were friendly and super helpful. The amenities offered with the pool, baby pool, playground and basketball hoop were great and my kids enjoyed it. The beds were super comfortable! We will definitely be back!
