It doesn't appear to be what is picture or pro-trade in advertisement. Felt like I was in the wrong side of the area. You are promised all this extra stuff and it wasn't what I expected. You open the door to complete darkness and when you try to turn on lights, the light switch doesn't even work. Had to find another switch so we could see where we were going. The toilet seat was way too low to the ground they need to be brought up more. Was unable to see cause around 230am some other people were going into their hotel room being drunk and louder then they should be. The bed was all right but the pillows were so soft and the bed was sort of on the hard side. Needless to say I will pay the price for another hotel that costs more.

The person checking in guests was trying to upgrade customers at an additional charge. I am sure that is part of their job but not fun be waiting in line and constantly hear the sales pitch. The shower had not been cleaned thoroughly as there was hair in the shower. One light above our whirlpool in our room did not work. The internet connection kept cutting out.
