"The property is conveniently located within the BKK Airport complex, with 24 hr. shuttle service that runs approximately every 15 minutes between the level 2 exit door 4 of the main airport terminal and the Hyatt hotel. I did not care for the food/service offering of the Hyatt Club, which has limited operating hours and would opt instead for the hotel restaurant or the food court at the airport. A taxi ride from the hotel to the Bangkok weekend market (Thursday-Sunday) can be negotiated for a cost of $12-$15 USD each way and we found USD were accepted almost universally in Thailand."

"The hotel is pleasant, an easy commute from the airport and perfect for an overnight stay. It’s is in quite a dense area looking out onto the next door building which is under construction. However, it’s didn’t seem noisy and the rooms have all that you need. The breakfast buffet is very reasonable. It’s not particularly fancy, but it’s very nice and clean. Unfortunately I did not have r time to use the pool."
