Great staff. Had the cheapest room, so not too surprising, but room definitely needed fresh paint. Good restaurants, great rooftop restaurant/bar with view of planes departing, nice pool, sauna, steam room, kids party area.

Incredibly noisy. In addition to the proximity to the airport there were noises not attributable to the airport which made it difficult to sleep. Loud bangs from within the facility. Bathroom was in poor shape.

Very Clean, every accomodation that was needed, staff very friendly and helpful, beautiful pool, many good food options. Great breakfast. Good miscellaneous store next door to pick up forgotten items or souvenirs. Will use this hotel again at the end of our trip to be near the airport on the morning of our flight.

This hotel is a good option for staying a night waiting for a flight or resting before travelling thailand its close to airport clean has 24 hour room service and friendly staff it also has a shuttle service too and from airport and a cafe adjoining and small store next door for milk etc

The place looked nothing like the photos. I walked in my room and turned around immediately to tell them I would not be staying 5 days. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with changing my reservation. The plus of this place is that it’s very close lovely little shops and eateries.

Great place tonstay if you have an early flight

Great place tonstay if you have an early flight the next day. The shuttles operate every 30 minutes to the airport and onky cost 100 baht. The restraunt was very nice and they have a good gum and pool.
