I have to leave the hotel because they can give me some clean room… it’s very, very unsanitary, they moved me out to the room 3 times but all rooms was same, I’m very disappointed with my booking … so I left and got other hotel

Dirty rooms, I left the same day I checked in and they won't give a refund at all paid for 3 nights and didn't even stay a whole night even after switching rooms the cockroachs were just to much for us to sleep in the room so I asked for a refund for 2 of the nights and was told no so I can say what the laundry room was like because I never went in it. The parking lot wasn't to bad there were a security guard that walked around I seen him walking by every time I went outside.

Very unhappy with a mistake. Happy I was charged for a date that I didn't even stay there ask for a refund and nothing was done I think I'll be using somebody else besides you guys next time unless something is done
