Very unhappy with a mistake. Happy I was charged for a date that I didn't even stay there ask for a refund and nothing was done I think I'll be using somebody else besides you guys next time unless something is done

Cheap us cheap.

I booked the hotel because it was close to the airport, and supposedly had a shuttle. Shuttle was not available and Ileft earlier than breakfastor coffee being ready. There were cigarette burn holes in both the sheet and blanket, as well as on desk. Outside activity had me checking for safety throughout the evening. There were small cockroaches each time I turned on the light and entered the bathroom.

Decent hotel experience but overall the conditions of the room were subpar. Not to mention the roaches that were on the pillow that made me not want to sleep on the bed. The rooms could be improved if they clear the infestations.
