The room was okay. It was nothing spectacular or fancy, but we were comfortable during our stay. All staff that we interacted with were very friendly. The one thing that was a bit of a bummer was that the microwave and mini fridge was missing from the room.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room I was given had roaches, which is completely unacceptable. The air vent was barely hanging from the ceiling, and the shower curtain looked old, stained, and disgusting. I had to request a room change because the conditions were so bad. Unfortunately, the “better” room they moved me to wasn’t much of an improvement. Cleanliness and overall maintenance were still poor. On top of that, there were a large number of homeless individuals gathered around the property, and many appeared unwell, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, this place is rundown and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here.
