After calling ahead to arrange late arrival, there was no rooms available on arrival. The attendant was unapologetic, unsympathetic, unconcerned and unhelpful.

Do not reccomend staying here. Room was not ready, nor did they try to accommodate my needs. The light in the bathroom went out and tv stopped working. Stains on carpet and location was not the best. I understand you get what you pay for. Photos on website are very deceiving.

It is unacceptable that you as a guest in our hotel, had to deal with several issues such as the room not being prepared before arrival, cleanliness not being up to pair and the lights and fridges not working. Rest assured, we will get these problems taken care of and make sure that this remains an isolated occurrence. We hope we can get another chance to give you a more enjoyable stay.

Wasn’t impressed with being informed of having to pay an additional $50 just because I was a half hour early on check in. Property must have way too many customers if it is willing to make a policy like that.
