Never stayed in a hotel that had such horrible traffic noise. Sounded like a drag strip most of the night. I had requested a room away from the highway but got one closest to Colony Street and struggled to get any sleep. Their wifi wasnt working either so had to use my phones hotspot.

I ended up staying in town another night, and booked this Vagabond again. This time the same excellent clerk had me checked in with key in under 90 seconds, and put me in an even better room. This motel will be my go to for Bakersfield.
