Easy to locate in a beautiful area with walking and biking trails just outside the hotel. Room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Enjoyed the large soaking bathtub with jets, in room fireplace, and complimentary bike rental. Perfect for a relaxing stay!

I enjoyed the solitude of the Inn , but are room had serval problems with the bathroom which I mentioned to the staff at the desk but nothing was done to solve the problem !

Loved the property and our room - quiet, comfortable and clean. The shower was problematic - very difficult to enter and exit. You need to navigate over an 18-24 inch wall and step about a foot to get into and out of the shower. Plus the shower floor was slippery making this process even more challenging. When we brought this situation to the attention of management, we were told that every room has the same shower set up. Paying nearly $300 per night, you don't expect to have this type of challenging situation occur. Overall, a wonderful place to stay but, the potential of falling and injuring ourselves getting into and out of the shower, makes it unlikely that we will stay at this hotel in the future.

This place is hidden not too far from Cal Poly and not too far from the beach. The walk to Avila beach is about 1.5 miles, and it's an easy, quiet walk. And the drive to campus is about 15 minutes. The place is quiet and clean and up scale. The staff was friendly and helpful. It feels quaint.

Hotel is very quiet. Great access to the Bob jones trail which leads to The Secret Garden and Sycamore Springs and also the town of Avila Beach. Easy parking and the staff is friendly and superb.
