Embrace charming Avila Beach warm days and cool evenings from The Lucky One Located on San Miguel St in the heart of Avila Beach, The Lucky One is a darling historic 1900's cottage. The cottage has recently undergone a full house renovation; including all new decor, bedding and kitchen inventory. You will want to make The Lucky One your Avila Beach go to spot. The cottage was remodeled in 2020 with wood flooring, state of the art appliances. Plenty of off street parking is available. The Lucky One has a front deck on which you may take in morning and evening ocean breezes. Avila Beach Golf Resort, Bob Jones Trail, and Avila Beach Pier just a steps away. The sought after California lifestyle is literally in your backyard!

Each bedroom has a Tuft & Need mattress queen bed. Thee is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, dishes and glasses. The Comphy Company linens are provided.

Lucky One is only available for minimum 30 night rental. You get a private single family home with car port and onsite parking (parking for 2 autos).

This is a month-to-month rental. No animals allowed. No smokers. Owner requires a $1500 refundable security deposit, mid-month cleaning/laundry service and a move-out clean. Utilities included.

Suitability: Monthly rental only, children welcome, max occupancy 4, couples retreat, snow bird retreat, non smokers, animals not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible, charming cottage, downtown beach house.

Strict Policy: 30-night minimum on all rentals, as per SLO County ordinance.
