The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are wonderful with plenty of space, large, comfortable beds, a fridge which they stock with free beverages, and most importantly, they are sound proof so you do not hear people out in the hallways or on the streets. The breakfast is an extra cost but it is well worth it because of the wide selection of options and the quality of the food. We had an issue with our room the first day and the front desk staff took care of it immediately. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Genoa."
