La casa del árbol tiene 2 dormitorios, 1 baño más un lavabo adicional y tocador en el maestro. Hay una cama king size en el maestro y una cama matrimonial en el pequeño segundo dormitorio.
La sala de estar / comedor abierta cuenta con techos abovedados, paneles de vidrio de piso a techo en la alcoba del comedor y se abre a un bonito patio cubierto de árboles con vistas a los tejados del parque más allá. Hay 2 parrillas de gas compartidas por 3 propiedades en frente del edificio. Disfruta de la televisión de alta definición con cable y Apple TV en la sala de estar y tenemos muchos juegos y libros para adultos y niños por igual. La cocina está completamente equipada con todo lo que necesita para cocinar una comida completa o puede moler nuestros granos de café orgánicos tostados localmente para una taza de café mientras se prepara para salir. We loved the tree house!

We came to Austin for a long weekend trip to see Moulin Rouge and loved our stay at the tree house! Being serenaded by the birds every morning out on the deck was lovely! The location was great—outside of the busy areas, so quiet and peaceful but everything was within a 10 minute uber. It was too hot for us to walk around the trails much, but they were close and looked beautiful! If/when we come back to Austin, we will definitely see if the tree house is available again!

Love Your Tree House!

Our first ever stay in a VRBO, because we have always stayed at the Zaza while in Austin. We were Very Pleasantly Surprised by the Tree House! Perfectly located, absolutely clean, comfortable with everything we could possibly need to feel right at home AND, the mattress was dreamy! We hope to return!

Easy Access to Austin’s Fun Spots!

This cozy unit was perfect for our 2 week stay. It was homey, quiet, exceptionally clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the living area was very nice. It was easy to get to a variety of music venues, run/bike paths, Barton Springs, museums, the sculpture garden and the botanical garden.

Johnson-Powell Christmas Vacation

Best Christmas Break our little family has ever had. The condo was bright, comfortable, cute, and clean. Everything was easy to figure out and we were immediately at ease. It's hard to find a better location than this. We walked to Barton Springs Pool and swam--something my husband and I did before we were married (when we lived here 15 years ago) and got to introduce to our kids. It was magical!I would definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Everything you need!

The place was very clean, and has all the little things you may need. Parking spaces are on a steep hill, which could be a problem for those with big vehicles, but you can always park in the street. We will be back! :)

Great location and place

We enjoyed our stay at the Treehouse. It was clean and close to everything, and communications with Cynthia and Peach were great. It was the perfect size for our girls weekend away from home, with two bedrooms, the kitchen and living area.

UT Football Weekend

Cynthia and Peach are great hosts and the condo we stayed in was excellent and has all the amenities you can ask for (coffee provided was very good). The condo is in a great location close to Barton Springs Pool and lots of trails to explore. There are many great restaurants close by and we tried several that Cynthia and Peach recommended and all were great. The patio was a great place to relax and enjoy the view of downtown (our dog loved it too!). We will definitely book this property again!

Fabulous Stay

We loved everything about this location. All communications went smoothly, and from the moment we pulled up, until the moment we left, we felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, well appointed and fulfilled all of our needs. It was a great feeling to know we had somewhere comfortable and safe to return to after a fun day and night in Austin. Great Rental and Fabulous Location

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance to Zilker Park. The facility was very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed (cooking items, towels for swimming in Barton Springs, grocery bags for shopping, etc). The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and we really appreciated their great dining recommendations. Overall, we look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Austin.

Wonderful Property

I stayed here with two friends just to relax and to enjoy Austin. The house was adorable and very well stocked. We were able to walk to the park and then into downtown Austin with ease. We had dinner downtown and then in East Austin which was a short and convenient Uber ride away. Perfect location and peaceful property! The check-in and checkout were easy and I look forward to staying here again sometime with my husband.

Great location for Zilker Park and swimming in Barton Springs

The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything we needed - we were especially impressed by how well-appointed the kitchen was for cooking. Beds super comfy. But really this place is all about location - just walk down the hill and you're in fabulous Zilker Park with all the wonderful walking trails and pedestrian connection to downtown Austin. We came principally for winter swimming in Barton Springs Pool and it's just a few minutes walk from this pretty and charming apartment. The hosts were instantly responsive to the couple of requests we had. Communication was perfect. Highly recommend.

Very clean, well-stocked, close to downtown Austin and Minutes to KWRI

A coworker and myself stayed here for five days while attending training classes at Keller Williams Realty International. The location couldn’t be any more convenient to downtown or to KWRI. Unit was very clean and kitchen and bath well-stocked. Easy check-In w door code. Extra vanity/sink in MBR in addition to the one bath made the smaller bathroom workable. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. Quiet neighborhood. Wish I had remembered my swimsuit to go to Barton Springs Pool just around the corner!! Will stay here again!
