"The facility is beautiful, however, the service is very poor. We were quite disappointed. It took so long to get our food at the hotel restaurant. Also, there wasn't a microwave in our room so we called the front desk and requested a microwave and utensils and plates. A staff brought the microwave but not utensils and plates. We asked about the utensils and plates and the staff said he didn't know. He said he will get it. After twenty minutes, we called the front desk and she said they will bring it up. No one brought it up. So disappointed and such poor service. "
