Hello, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay with us. We do try our best to keep everything as clean as possible especially during these times with covid-19. I do know the lobby rugs were cleaned by myself that day before 3pm we aren’t suppose to vacuum after 7pm. The smell coming from the first room was from the toilet the water level was a little low since it had not been used in a few days once I flushed it it was better within 30 minutes. I am also having some issues getting my coffee order delivered as well due to the pandemic situation as well, so I do apologize for there not being any in room coffee. However, there is hot fresh coffee in the lobby ready at 5am each morning. The electrical outlet as well as lamp are controlled by the second light switch when entering the room. Again I am sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your stay please feel free to contact the hotel and ask for the manager I would be glad to discuss any other concerns you may have had as well as discuss what we could do to improve your stay.
