Filthy rug in lobby. The room I paid for wasn't available. The first room they gave me smelled of sewage or something decomposing. Both rooms out of coffee. Partially blocked toilet. Electrical outlet by bed not working. Tiny sink. The worse thing is this hotel cost $134, and was equivalent to a $45 dollar hotel. Don't equate cost to quality in this case. Avoid this place.

Hello, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed in your stay with us. We do try our best to keep everything as clean as possible especially during these times with covid-19. I do know the lobby rugs were cleaned by myself that day before 3pm we aren’t suppose to vacuum after 7pm. The smell coming from the first room was from the toilet the water level was a little low since it had not been used in a few days once I flushed it it was better within 30 minutes. I am also having some issues getting my coffee order delivered as well due to the pandemic situation as well, so I do apologize for there not being any in room coffee. However, there is hot fresh coffee in the lobby ready at 5am each morning. The electrical outlet as well as lamp are controlled by the second light switch when entering the room. Again I am sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your stay please feel free to contact the hotel and ask for the manager I would be glad to discuss any other concerns you may have had as well as discuss what we could do to improve your stay.

Overnight only; no elevator for 2d floor

I think Travelocity should note when hotels have a 2d floor without elevators. With the number of transient travelers being elderly, it is truly an inconvenience to have to carry bags up one or two flights of stairs. Otherwise the room was quite perfect

This is a newer hotel so it was in very good condition. We chose this hotel because of the location off the highway where there were few options. My only issue was the price was a bit high.

Clean and good value

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. WE booked online just 2 hours prior and were in and out with a good night sleep.

Clean

Pros: Beds were really nice
Cons: Better maid service, they forgot to clean room after first night.
Location: Great small town
Great experience new and great breakfast. The maid staff forgot to clean our room after the first night. Had to call front desk to get clean towels and they only had one person on duty.

Pros: Comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast
Great value for the cost of the room! Easy to find hotel. Newer and nice.
