We chose this hotel because of the pool amenity and good reviews. We were recieved very graciously by the receptionist, kudos to her. We unpacked and went directly to the pool, and was mer with a sign that the pool was closed due to issues. Should have been made aware of this prior to check in, as it was a major part of our decision to stay here. The room is as described, and reception was great, but completely disappointed my two boys. We stopped their 1st love early (ripping laps on a MX track) to come here to swim somes laps ay your pool. Where we totally could have just kept ripping the track. Do i ask for my money back and go somewhere with a pool? No, I'm not that kinda guy, but sheesh...

We are very sorry the pool was not open for your family, but we have had the pool closed on every webpage so that online bookers know that it is not in working order. We are working hard at getting the pool going again.

Stood at the counter while the gal ate her sandwich before I was acknowledged. Inquired about a late check out and was rudely informed that was not going to be a possibility. Went to breakfast this morning to only find nothing seem to be getting restocked at 9 o’clock when I was informed that the breakfast went till 10.

Thank you for taking the time to give a review. I want to apologize for the inconveniences of your stay. If she wasnt filling breakfast up then its possible it was a busy morning, and ran out of food. We can not extend stays with late check outs if we are fully booked. Our team has to work hard to get all rooms cleaned by a certain time for others to check in. On slower days late check outs are possible.

It was a great stay for the money.

We'll stay here the next time we go back because the staff was very friendly and we thought the hotel was really nice for the price.
