It was close to the boardwalk, but that was the only positive thing about the Pavilion. For the price it’s was very underwhelming. The room was dusty and dirty, especially the bathroom. There was no coffee in the room or offered on the premises. No umbrellas or shading in the pool area. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. No where to hang clothes or wet towels and suits. They surprised me with a extra charge for parking because I booked through a third party. If I’m paying $300 for a stay for 1 night, I expect a little more.

Location is great. We had to pay for parking across the street because were told we booked from a third party site. Cleanliness needs a lot of work - potato chip on the floor by the beds, rust in the sink. The tv remotes didn't work. We paid over $400 for the room, Disney charges less than that. What is the money going towards?

First of all the check in is to late! Second of all the young lady that did check us in was great. But told us we had to pay for parking and they didn’t have none on site, which isn’t good. It was suppose to be free but u had to book through them, which is bogus. Paid to park out front and came back it was giving away! Bathroom wasn’t clean , I want my damn money back!

The condition of the property needs attention. The room was clean enough. The staff as very friendly and even called me when my room was ready early because they knew I was already in town.
