The furniture in the bedroom was old and in poor condition but it had an updated top. It was afvertised to have a whirlpool but it was broke. The exercise equipment was poorly maintained and some of it didnt work. The refrigerator in the bedroom didnt get cold enough to store food. Some of the staff was poorly trained.

They don't tell you up front there is a $14 charge to park your car there while you pay them for your room. There was suppose to have been a free breakfast... but that would cost you $60 for a boiled egg and bread. Walked up to room, cleaning proof tape was missing on the door side but still on the front. Did not open door cause room had been opened already. Desk was so close to accusing me of opening it. Got another room, only had two towels in it and half roll of toilet paper. Did not feel secure outside, bad neighborhood

I didn’t like the $16 parking fee for parking my own car. It would have been different if I had used valet.

Well we liked having 2 pools. Super great towels in our room. Comforting to find a Gideon's bible. The alarm clock cord had been cut. They replaced it right away. I was disappointed that we couldn't receive Hilton rewards since we had booked via Travelocity's site.

Pros: Convenience to I85 and the airport.
Cons: The parking does not support multiple events, and lodging.
Location: Good, and walkable.
I was really surprise with how large the room is. The staff was great.

Excellent Experience

My friends and I recently stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was fabulous and always went above and beyond for even the smallest request. The hotel was very clean, nice, and conveniently located near lots of restaurants and the airport. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend!
