This hotel doesn’t meet Comfort Inn brand standards. Dirty sheets has we arrived. Mattress that sinks badly on one side. Iron dirty that would stain your clothes. Pour breakfast. We only enjoy the staff that was doing their best to answer our requests. We don’t recommend this hotel.

No internet, no TV, not a very super friendly front desk. Booked for three days stay with kids, ended up counting the days to get out of this place. When I went and asked the front desk for the internet , they asked to call a free toll free number for internet and TV. The toll-free guys told that the property didn’t signup for device internet. Only good thing about this place is Soniya from breakfast team! She made our day in the morning after all of these bad experiences!

The room smelled of old smoke, the upholstered chair Was so badly stained we didn’t use it, the TV would had to be rescanned every time the TV was turned on, the shower and sink water was only luke warm. Just a sad facility in need of serious upgrading and sanitation.

My experience one night at Comfort Inn wasn't pleasant as the heater wasn't working even though cold hours, television channels were not accessible as there weren't programs to watch, could not connect Internet through WiFi even after following the instructions to get it connected. I was bored!

Got a connecting room and when we moved the chairs blocking the door there was pasta and all kinds of stuff that hasn’t been touched. Microwave stunk so bad we unplugged it. We got two rooms on the ground level and only one of the windows would lock in the rooms. Staff was friendly. The pool was too cold to enjoy. They had to have problems with the boiler for it not to be on. The rooms smelt of a musk and after the second day I had to ask the front desk for someone to clean our rooms because they had no plans on cleaning it, wasn’t on anyone’s list when I asked one of the maids.
