This was the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The security bolt on the door was broken in half and added no safety. The restroom was nasty and the room smelled. They also copied my credit card and DL. I had to lock my card the rest of our vacation. They made the outside and the web site look so much better than it was. I will NEVER stay at another Baymont again.

We booked 3 nights and checked out after 1. The facility smelled weird. We had to hunt for working electrical outlets in our room. We could only find 2 that worked-- 1 was sparking. We asked for extra towels and were told we couldn't get any until the morning. The next day, we came back to the hotel and found that housekeeping had not touched our room! We were told we shoud have requested housekeeping if we wanted it. How were we to know that? We checked out then and there. We requested a refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay but were told we'd need to contact Expedia, which has been difficult. Also, the free breakfast looked like it consisted of 3 measley muffins.

Hotel has great potential but is in poor repair. Our room smelled of mildew. The toilet was not seated correctly and made loud noise when one sat on it. Indoor pool looked lovely in pictures on line. It was not heated and was a little cold even tho weather outside was hot. Will not stay here again.
