I went to this property for Valentine Day and the service and room was terrible. When we arrived, there was feces in the toilet, we flushed it. However, there was still debris in the toilet when we flushed it. Why would I want to use a toilet that has residue from another person bodily fluid! The water would not get hot and the towels had stains on them. I requested a refund because I didn’t feel like taking a cold shower, using a toilet that had feces pieces floating around the toilet and using towels that wasn’t washed correctly. The receptionist told me he could not provide a refund because my room was already paid for, that’s why it’s called a refund, you’re giving me my money back for something I already paid for. Stay away from this place, there’s better hotels in the area.

Our room was infested with sugar ants, and there were no microwaves available. The staff was accommodating and moved us to another room, but I wouldn’t return. The hallways had trash, the elevator was filthy, and the overall experience was unpleasant.
