This place is dirty the rooms smell of mildew they don’t change you linens everyday one of my beds had something that looked like urine or blood stains and I had to purchase sheets to sleep on the pillows are all old and worn out

The room itself was decent and somewhat-clean, although our room had a weird stain on the ceiling. The hallways were nasty and dirty. It had a terrible smell. We had to walk around the entire building outside to get to the elevator. There was no access from the lobby. We ended up leaving instead of staying a second night, even though we had already paid.

Where do I begin? Let’s start with what was wrong with the hotel…. All the elevators were out of order except one but that one sounded like it was ready to stop working any second. All the ice machines were out of order except the one on the 2nd floor, nothing for the breakfast worked except the waffle maker, the hall way lights didn’t work for some of the hall ways, some of the ceilings looked to have some issues, the pool was also out of order but was told that the pool was seasonal and we have already be in summer for over a month…. the front desk manager staff was extremely rude when we brought up the issues with the rooms and other amenities with them saying “ we keep the hotel to the BEST WESTERN STANDARD.” also clearly lies when it said that this hotel was newly renovated… by a 1st grader maybe and paid with candy or crayons. now for the rooms. The first room we were put in was room 413 and the bed was bad. You sit on the bed and you instantly flop to the bottom of the mattress and feel the springs LITERALLY go up you butt nothing in the room looked wiped down, the bathroom was filthy, the seat in the room was mysteriously wet with dark stains , they moved us the second room, room 514 the bed was really bad still but not as bad as the first room, the bathroom tub would not drain with the plug all the way up, the sink was missing the plug, there was nasty gunk caked on the bathroom floor, the bathtub faucet was detached from the tub, and the floors were sticky.

Wost ever!!!

It was the worst experience. Whe ee got there the electricity was out and apparently have been off for several ours before we got there. They told us it should be about an hour before they come back on but that was not.the case. Once we checked in we went out for a few hours. When we came back which was about 3 hours later the electricity still wasnt working. On our way to our room it was so dark. We saw one of the managers helping 2 elderly women with oxygen mass trying to go down stairs cause they had to relocate them cause they oxygen tanks couldn't be charged and they needed them. The electricity was out for almost 10 hours since we arrived. Then when they do.the electricity back up we still didn’t have cable or wifi. It was tbe most terrible experience ever. They never came to our room to see if we needed anything. Never again!

NO pool still under renovations

Should have used google reviews also. Pool has been down for months which was very disappointing so we decided to just continue with our additional 5 hours home, made for a long day but other option was just to keep the kids in a hotel room vs car. Front desk lady was nice though and stated we could cancel without paying, however hours latter there was a charge, but a quick call had it reversed, that was nice.

The hotel is located in a nice safe area. Staff were helpful and friendly. However, the property itself needs updates and repairs. The back door is left ajar which could cause concerns for safety. The hotel room needs updates and smelled of mildew or dirty carpet. Outside the hotel room smelled of heave marijuana smoke and there were about 5 bags of trash left outside the elevator for two days. The pool was one of the reasons I chose to book, however it was out of service during my entire four day stay. They also ran out of food for the complimentary breakfast.

Worst hotel experience

The pictures on Hotels.com is nothing like in person rooms. The room is rough looking and I instantly felt dirty when I walked in my room so my stay was not as good as I had hoped for. Upon my last night there, it was a huge roach almost the size of my palm. No it was not a water bug I know how those look, it was a flat out roach on the ceiling. The walls are paper thin you can literally hear everything from next door. The only good thing was they provided breakfast. I wouldn’t stay here again even if you paid me. The hallways were like those you see on a scary movie so if you plan on staying here just take note of that.
