This property matched the pictures. It was perfect for three couples to each have their own bedroom and bathroom. It was ckean with good air conditioning and a nice balcony. There were some quirky things like having too few pods for the espresso machine, broken chair and a shower head problem. Good place to rent overall.

Convenient

This is a very convenient area. Close to the bus, number 4 will get you to most attractions, the metro, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to the big attractions. There is a small elevator (lift) in the building that makes baggage moving easy. Rooms and beds are comfortable. For a family of 4 it was just right.

Cute 3-bdrm in Athens!

Clean & comfortable beds, each with it's own full bathroom. Convenient location - small grocery store across the street, restaurants within walking distance, and we loved sitting out on the little terrace both morning & evening to watch the bustle of the city go by. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Great Short Stay in Athens

We were a group of five looking to spend a few days in Athens prior to boarding our cruise for the Greek Islands. This rental fit the bill perfectly ... three nice separate bedrooms plus a separate bathroom for each. The rental is on an upper floor so some stairs are involved but there is also a small elevator option. The unit looks to have been recently renovated and was very nicely done and comfortable. All the essentials were available including a Nespresso machine for coffee (always a key). The location is also good ... quiet with a nice outdoor balcony. Reasonable walking distance to all the major attractions and the subway. There is a very nice park nearby across from the Original Olympic stadium for those who want to go for a run. We did ... was great but suggest early morning. Also a few very good restaurants not far away ... 10 minute walk. Very authentic greek family fair at one of these and probably the best Greek Salad I had the entire trip at the other (Black Sheep sign at entrance). Highly recommend getting an organized tour booked ahead for the Parthenon ... we went with Athens Walks and was very good. Would also recommend the National Archeological Museum. Overall a great stay and we really enjoyed Athens and the rental was great and would definitely recommend. They also arranged ahead for transportation pick-up from Airport and drop-off for the cruise ship ... definitely worthwhile after a long trip (we came from overseas) and just simplify your vacation.

Wonderful and Comfortable place in Athens

The place as a whole is wonderful. Big enough and comfort able for our party of 5 people. Each bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom for each bedroom as advertised. Location was great for quick bites and cafes. And a Supermarket not too far away, overall a great location without the hassle of tourist. Only problem I had was a missing lock box. Unfortunately after contacting management about the missing lockbox, the issue was never resolved.

we had nice stay! the place was very clean and relaxing, the host was very responsive, we had a car I would say it was little difficult to find parking , but we were lucky… it’s a little drive of 15 min to the center. over all we had a great time

This is a nice flat in a quiet area. However some attention to detail would improve the place considerably. For example re washing of dishes. I supsect most people would do this by hand but there is no drainage rack or a sponge to clean the plates with. Also, the dishwasher is labeled entirely in Greek which I do not speak and cannot read. Instructions for it are not included in the instruction book. Also, there was no dishwasher powder. In the master bedroom and indeed in all the bedrooms there was a distinct shortage of furniture. Although the master bedroom was plenty big enough, there was nothing to put ones suitcases on. Also the 2 bedside tables, which apart from the bed were the only items of furniture in the room, were very impractical. They took up a lot of room but only had a small surface area to put things on and had no drawer or shelf. There were no chairs or side tables in the bedrooms to put ones clothes on at night. The living room on the other hand was well furnished. Management were very late in sending us the entry details.

Nice apartment

Great stay. Beautiful modern apartment with lots of room for our group of 6. Very responsive management - Americans couldn’t figure out the hot water. Owner arrived in 20 minutes and sorted us out and we had a wonderful stay. Walking distance if you don’t want to take a cab. Really good Italian restaurant (Ciao Italia) just a few minutes walk away and coffee shops even closer. Hope to come back again someday.

Fantastic place!

We loved our week at this property! Looks exactly as advertised - very clean and new. Easy check in, great communications with the management, and really nice other residents living in the complex. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator, which was helpful with my 76 year-old Mom. Very central location, easy to walk or take a taxi/uber to main sites, and a great little mini-market across the street with a Lidl grocery store only a short walk away. Perfect stay!

Great Location, Beautiful and Clean

Having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths is wonderful for a family traveling together. We had plenty of space to gather together at the table or enjoyed the balcony overlooking the neighborhood with our morning coffee. There is a great coffee shop with brunch a few doors down. This was a great neighborhood and Haus management went above and beyond to help us arrange drivers from the airport and also for daily excursions. I would highly recommend this vacation rental.
