I usually stay at another chain hotel. They used to be my favorite until I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express. This place truly made me seek out another Holiday Inn Express express on my vacation. It was exceptionally clean. The bean to cup coffee machine was a game changer. It beats out other coffee I've had at other places.

We had a great stay ! Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Great location to all places we visited - Hatley Pointe, Appalachian hiking trails, Biltmore Estate. The best part about the hotel was the staff. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast area was extremely kind. Very happy with our stay.
