Esta casa inmaculada tiene un plan de piso abierto, mucha luz y pisos de madera noble. La casa es limpio, moderno y cómodo.
El maestro tiene su propio baño, una cama queen y grandes ventanales que dan a los bosques y jardines por un lado, y las vastas montañas al otro lado.
La planta alta tiene dos dormitorios. Uno tiene una cama queen y un sofá-cama que se abre al hacer dos gemelos. El otro dormitorio tiene una reina y un futón doble. El piso de arriba tiene un baño completo con bañera / ducha que se comparte entre los dos dormitorios. Ambas habitaciones tienen vistas a la montaña!
La sala de estar está abierta al área de la cocina y el comedor y tiene un sofá seccional y sillas cómodas, y al igual que en las otras habitaciones, puede observar las capas de montañas.
La cocina es totalmente nuevo, moderno y tiene todo lo básico que usted debe necesitar para cocinar y disfrutar de las comidas durante su estancia aquí.
El comedor tiene una mesa larga (hoja central se puede quitar si lo quieres más pequeño) y los asientos para 8 personas cómodamente, pero es capaz de acoger a 10. Ofrecemos sillas plegables para agregar a la capacidad de asientos.
El porche cubierto es literalmente otra habitación! Se extiende a lo largo de la casa y es de 10 pies de profundidad. Hay mecedoras y una mesa con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente y 8 si aprietas.
Afuera tenemos un área de patio con un tazón de fuego y piedras para sentarse alrededor del fuego. A poca distancia de la casa hay una zona de picnic que ofrece espectaculares vistas de largo alcance. Usted no querrá perderse esta! También tenemos un sendero circular de aproximadamente 1/3 de milla de longitud, más algunos caminos de grava para caminar.

Convenient & Comfortable Chalet with Idyllic Views

We were so pleased with the rental! Views and accommodations were as depicted (in fact, the photos don't do justice to the scenery), and an extremely convenient location. The property manager/owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better stay - really contributed to a great visit to Asheville and the surrounding area.

Great time in Asheville!

This property is exactly as promised in the listing, and the mountain views and sunrises are spectacular! The house has everything you could need and the hosts were fantastic and helpful communicators. It's centrally located and convenient to attractions like the Biltmore, downtown Asheville, Chimney Rock and Hendersonville. We would not hesitate to lease this property again.

Perfect vacation spot

Stayed a week so we could explore the Asheville area. House is in a perfect location for easy access to downtown and BRP while still having the mountain views. House is exactly like the photos which is so nice. House had everything we needed for our week and was exceptionally clean on arrival. Highly recommend to serve as base camp for exploring or to even just sit on the porch in the rockers and enjoy the serenity and the view.

Always Wonderful

This our second time staying at Steve and Louise’s property. It’s been magical both times. Plenty of space, thoughtful amenities, gorgeous views, and much needed sounds of nature and quiet. All this, yet still so convenient to grocery stores, sightseeing, and downtown. A perfect gem in Asheville. We can’t wait for our next visit!

Perfect Family Vacation!

The house was lovely, so well organized and in perfect condition. The house were very attentive and professional and responded immediately if we had any questions. Our grandkids especially loved playing in the yard and cooking s’mores at the fire pit. This is one of those houses that you can truly enjoy yourself and have a great vacation time because the owners take such good care of it!

Perfect in everything

The stay was perfect. The cabin was exactly as advertised. Highlight for the cleaning and kitchen utensils that are available. All bed and bath linen were extremely clean. In addition to all this, the service provided by Steven was perfect from the moment of booking. I absolutely recommend the accommodation.

Amazing

Four women in Asheville for a week of yoga training. The house was immaculate and was perfect for our group. We all had our own bed and with three bathrooms (2 full 1 half) there was plenty of room for all of us. We were very close to lots of activities and restaurants, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet mountain setting. The house had everything we needed as far as linens, kitchen and even bath items. Owners were very responsive and friendly. Do not miss this one!!! You won’t be disappointed

Very best in Asheville!

We go to the mountains every summer for a week. This is the first time we’ve stayed in Asheville and I’m so glad we did. This home had gorgeous views and the best part was the surrounding property. They had a mostly flat back yard and that’s so rare in the mountain terrain. We were able to walk around their large property and see wild turkeys and rabbits and even bears (we were inside the car when we saw the bears!). The house was spacious and clean, with plenty of sleeping space for everyone — we had four adults and four kids and never felt cramped. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. It’s just minutes away from everything we needed. Great communication with the hosts, and we will absolutely stay here again when we’re in Asheville.

Mountain Oasis

Don’t hesitate! Book now! We loved every minute of our stay. Steve was helpful with local recommendations. Check in/out processes are seamless. Awoke the first morning to the most gorgeous sunrise off the front porch. Made a forever memory as three generations of family enjoyed this glorious view together! Property passes the white glove test—seriously so clean and neat. Beds are comfortable and plenty of games are provided to keep everyone entertained. The fireplace is another highlight. Steve had plenty of wood and kindling on hand for us to enjoy several roaring fires throughout the week. So much to love about this place! Can’t say enough! Thank you, Steve and Louise!

I don’t usually gush about rental houses, but this one deserves a small hymn of praise. The owners were kind enough to let me check in a bit early so I could get things ready for my family, which felt like the modern equivalent of someone lighting a candle in a window—simple, human generosity.The place was spotless and stocked with everything we needed, right down to the extra coffee filters. But the view—oh, the view!! From the porch, the mountains kept changing clothes all day long. Morning clouds hung smoky and low, the midday sun made everything shine, and by dusk the hills went soft and blue. Like an ever-changing painting.It’s just fifteen minutes from downtown Asheville, and about a mile from Ingles Grocery, though truth be told, we hardly wanted to leave. We sat on that porch for hours, coffee in hand, just soaking in the quiet beauty of the mountains. And as if to make it truly unforgettable, we even saw a mama bear and her two cubs strolling casually across the front yard one morning. Pure mountain magic.

Great house and great location in Asheville - would stay again!

This house was perfect. The description of size and layout was completely accurate. It had all the amenities you would need and the location was perfect. It was immaculately clean, which is always a priority for us. The location was close to a grocery store, close enough for a quick/easy drive into downtown Asheville but provided quiet and serenity and benefits of being outside of the city. The view from the front porch was amazing. We spent any/all time at the house on the porch enjoying the view of the trees and mountains. We even had bears roam the yard right in front of us - twice. Perfect combination of being in nature but also being in close proximity to stores and downtown Asheville. Also of note, it is immediately next to the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway, so getting to hikes and other desirable locations was fast and easy. I would definitely recommend this house to friends and family. We hope to be back in the Fall to see the changing leaves. It was perfect.

Georgia lovers

We love GA, but this NC secret is a gem. We had a most wonderful long weekend at this beautiful home. The host gave great advice for things to do in Asheville. The Nature Center was our favorite. Buxton Hall was 2nd. My husband was invited in the kitchen to help cook. 3rd was the $10 play all day arcade. Coming in a super strong 4th was Mac Daddy’s. Their sampler platter and salad in a jar was delicious. Finally we spent the afternoon at Bear’s Smokehouse playing cornhole while the DJ played tunes. To top off this fun filled weekend was the Mardi Gras parade 💚💜💛. The fire 🔥 pit and Guesstures was entertaining on Saturday night when we picked up burgers and pork chops and grilled. Came home with clean clothes just to be put back in the closet. If you are reading this, trust me and book it. You will not be disappointed. All of the stuff we did was icing on the cake. Friends getaway

It was a lovely house and very accommodating. It was perfectly distanced from the Biltmore and downtown Ashville. We would highly recommend.
