About this property

Biltmore Village - 2 King Suites Sleeps 10 • Free Parking On Site

Stay in the heart of historic Biltmore Village — the storybook district at the gateway to the Biltmore Estate, lined with shops, cafés, and Tudor charm, just minutes from downtown Asheville. This quiet, spacious retreat offers something almost no one in the Village can: your own free parking, right here. No garages, no meters, no circling for a spot.

Two oversized bedrooms each feature a king bed, and one adds a cozy bunk nook for the kids. A pull-out couch and a Murphy bed in the living room mean the home comfortably sleeps up to 10 — ideal for two couples traveling together, a multigenerational family, or a group exploring Asheville without paying for several hotel rooms.

Spend your days wandering to the Estate entrance, Village boutiques, and some of the area's best restaurants on foot, then return to a calm, restful home made for slowing down.

Just as well suited to remote workers who need quiet and reliable WiFi, or guests settling in for a longer stay.

The space: two king bedrooms in generously sized rooms, a bunk nook in the second bedroom, full kitchen, and a flexible living room with additional sleeping for guests.

Work-friendly: fast WiFi

Easy arrival: self check-in and your free parking spot waiting when you arrive.

Staying a while? We welcome extended and monthly stays — a quiet, well-located base for traveling professionals, relocating families, and anyone spending a season in Asheville.

"Spacious" is an understatement here. With roughly 2,400 square feet of living space, this condo feels more like a private home than an apartment.

Very Spacious Condo in walking distance to Biltmore Village. We walked to dinner one night and also took advantage of the Brueggers Bagels for breakfast one morning.

The kitchen was well-equipped with good cookware (not flimsy pots or pans), as well as great coffee and tea offerings. Rooms were comfortable, spacious, with great natural lighting throughout the residence. Perfectly tucked-away location with close access to the Biltmore Estate, downtown, and South Asheville.

Wonderful place to stay. The unit is HUGE and has everything you need. We stayed with another couple and it was perfect. Located right near the Biltmore estate and convenient to interstate. When the village is re-built it will be even better! Hope to stay here again in the future.

The photos don't do justice to how beautiful this space is! The whole unit was incredibly spacious, quiet surroundings, just a few minutes to the Biltmore entance, and we could see All Souls from the window. Plus there was a great bagel shop just a 2 min walk away. We would absolutely stay again!

So much room! There was plenty of room for the whole family with room to spare. The proximity to Biltmore House was fantastic, once Biltmore Village is back up and running it will be fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast at the Red Stag and it was wonderful before exploring Biltmore Estate. We would stay here again and would recommend staying at this location to others.

Asheville trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. This home is very roomy and comfortable and so close to the Biltmore. There are restaurants close by and downtown Asheville is just a short drive away. There is still some rebuilding in progress in the area due to the hurricane but we were not disappointed at all.
