There was no mattress on the sofa bed. Just springs. I asked front desk to have someone bring up a mattress. Housekeeping came to look and said that was the way all sofa beds were. She brought a mattress pad and made up the bed but the springs were still too hard. Another pad made no difference. We ended up making a bed on the floor with the couch cushions. Aside from that the facility was undergoing renovations so was a bit messy and noisy. The best thing about this hotel was the breakfast. One of the best we’ve had. I really appreciated the availability of gluten free bread, however there wasn’t a dedicated toaster so ok for gluten sensitivities but not suitable for celiacs

This hotel is under renovation and dirty outside. It’s very unwelcoming and there is little to no parking. We had to park on a busy street instead of the parking lot. There is construction material everywhere and I would not recommend this hotel.

Its under renovation, dirt all over the place in the pool and coming out of the pool. The entire entrance is under renovation so dust everywhere.

The property is under some renos. So there is some construction but the staff work around and look after things. I cannot say enough about the staff. The best I have ever had any where. Would stay again

Not safe construction, not serviced average hotel

Many things went wrong here. The hotel is under construction but never were we notifed. But not professional construction, all unsafe and a mess. The parking lot is full of materials all over to drive over, then you walk inside and the lobby is a mess with workers with their skill saw right in the middle of the hall, tools and dust everywhere. This is not a worksafe site 100%. The breakfast room is also covered in construction dust and items just scattered around. Our room had a pull out couch that I paid more but it had no mattress. When I asked for any type of foam to make it soft, with no smile and short response they said no we do not have but I will give you a comforter to put down. It was so hard my daughter slept on the couch instead. Pool was cloudy and my girls said it was nasty The gym has a huge whole cut through the wall and dry wall dust everywhere. We received no cleaning service and the towels just laid on the counter in the bathroom (no shelf or holder) The sink taps were reversed hot to cold. No towel hooks The list goes on- a very unprofessional hotel reno and service. Garbage in the halls all 3 days we were there it stunk so bad it was overflowing.
