Really great rooms and the common area is beautiful. It reminds me of a lot of hotels in the southern USA. Nice pool. We were there with a team of young boys. The restaurant was not a good fit for that. People were there having special romantic meals and the 14 year old energy didn’t fit, although that’s ok.

Parking was a bit crowded and ended up parking at the convention center, and having to walk up to the hotel. Checking in process they had very slow service, although granted it was very busy. I had emailed and asking a question and then my four days stay nobody responded from coast. Room is clean and comfortable enough.

Worst night sleep in a hotel. Beds were terrible. We got into the room and it was sweltering hot. Staff said it takes time to cool down as they keep each room at 24°. It was much hotter than that. Staff brought us a fan that helped but room never cooled down. We have an 8 month old with us and fire alarms malfunctioned at 11:30 pm when we were all asleep and we vacated with a baby. No staff came to tell us what was happening as we stood outside, some people in underwear. A young boy came and said he overheard staff saying it was a malfunction. I love the Coast hotel chain but not happy I paid $400 for a night of zero sleep
