Con, I thought the property was being renovated? Lots of patching all over rooms. The hot tub was over chlorinated. One room has towels the others ac did not work. Breakfast was meh Pros beds were good sheets were clean.

River front is a nice tranquil setting.Windows open for fresh air. Room was nice and the bathtub was the best with had lately. Exterior of building not very inviting and the staircases are old and filthy.

Hard to get to from the highway had to loop around. Breakfast was cold most mornings no matter what time you went. Nice views of the river and lots of places to sit and enjoy the view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was in a kitchenette suite was nice to have a tv by the couch but there was no tv in the bedroom.

Room was very clean but I found bugs in my bed, property said they are maple bugs due to closeness to river but still it was scary to sleep with bugs crawling on the bed. It is very common in this property, hopefully the fix it soon as the location is good.

The property is next to the river with great Mountain View. Staff is very friendly. Be aware, rooms with balcony have the best river view, they located on the 2nd and 3rd floors only.

Staff was really nice. When we got in the room my son jumped into the cupboard under the tv and a piece of « wood » fell off. Screws pointing out. Toilet paper roll holder was missing. Kids couldn’t reach tp from the toilet. Shower sprayed out around the pipe. Breakfast was ok but things kept running out. Staff were scrambling and lots of people for such a small room
