Old and run down - paid close to $300 a night! Sheets for the pull out bed were ripped, the pull out bed had all kinds of chips and crumbs under it. Room was darkly lit to hide how old and gross the carpet was. Lol, even light switch sparked when we turned it on!

My only complaints are fully minor: no breakfast potatoes (hash browns eg) in the morning spread and the cable package is fairly limited. Other than that, a good place to spend a work-cation.
