"We had a problem with the refridgerator being loud so we had disturbed sleep. I spoke with the night manager who stepped up and had the unit replaced and also removed the resort fees from our bill. OUTSTANDING job !!!!!!!!!"

"Gorgeous property, nice rooms, extraordinary staff. Lots of little maintenance issues; when a room is empty it would take 10 minutes to go through and make sure everything works. And some bigger issues - the track on my patio door needs replacing (the man who got it to open and close arrived promptly and did a quick fix), my sister's front door had to be repaired in order to open and close properly, my brother had to change rooms because his first room smelled of mold. Maintenance costs money, and the property seemed underbooked, Hllton might want to repair its relationship with chatgpt to get more referrals."
