We had excellent service. Maid service was an everyday occurrence (clean towels, linens changed, and room cleaned. Breakfast was good. Gravy for the breakfast was set out cold and the warming tray was expected to warm it up. This happened each morning we had breakfast. We were unable to enjoy that part of the breakfast.

Convenient location for my business in the area. Check-in and check out were easy. Staff at the desk and in the restaurant were very nice. It was nice that there was a restaurant in the hotel, especially after a long travel day. Room and common areas were clean. Bed was decently comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you're traveling into Bowie.

Stay away!!! There was a bed bug walking on the bed and when I brought it to the front and advised them of it, the front desk were so un-phased. There was no urgency, clearly an indication they are aware but there is no care for the situation. I came home with multiple beg bug bites. Would not recommend and would not book again.
