The hotel was within a 20 min walking distance to Disney. Our room was cleaned every day by the time we got home with fresh new towels and bed made and things tidy. It really made the difference! The only downside was the fridge wouldn’t close all the way so our food couldn’t stay too cold, but it wasn’t that big of a deal to us. They provided us with vouchers to the nearby Dennys, the hot tub was big and the pool was beautiful. It was a great hotel, we would definitely stay there again!

Thousands of dollars of rooms and they wouldn't give us just the bottle of water when we were late for the "grab n go" bag. I dont appreciate being nickle and dimed. Even though we weren't going to use the grab n go bag the day we left, we took it and gave it away. Stingey isn't a quality i look for in a hotel. Thus will avoid best western going forward as I dont think they want my business.

The beds were comfortable. We were late for getting the "grab and go bag" and they refused to give us even just the bottle of water and told us we should have read the instructions better. Nickel and diming over a bottle of water is a real chincy move. I will remember that and avoid best west now because they don't appreciate or value the thousands of dollars of business they got from us. There is no extraordinary inconvenience in having it set aside. Dangerous area; adjacent liquor store draws unhoused who sleep in the bus stop in front of the hotel and there are fights. Breakfast voucher for dennies was nice.

It was fine for my needs. Dennys breakfast was decent. The shuttle to Disney Parks bus stop is right in front of Dennys, this was very convenient and easy. Pool was great, could definitely use bigger towels. Towels provided are the size of hand towels. I will say that the room smelled of very strong mold, and in need of replacing carpets. A dehumidifier system needs to be put in place.

Last minute trip to Disney!

Very convenient to go to Disney. The bus stop was in front of hotel! Was able to buy a pass for a round trip. The bus will be there when you leave. Just double check with the bus driver for the last pick uptime. Best Western provided us with vouchers for Denny”s Can’t top that. Plus, their grab bag was a nice touch. The bed was ok, but was lumpy. The bathroom needs an update. Overall, it is good place for a family to stay for a few nights if looking to save money. Got to see fireworks from the top floor!

We stay at this Best Western pretty often when we take trips to the Disney Parks area and love the price for the proximity. We also like the options of whether to drive from there, uber, bus, etc., and the Denny's breakfast option. The building is quiet, clean, and the staff helpful with a nice set of rooms - a proper hotel stay.

The two women I met working at the front desk/reception were so kind and very helpful regarding my questions (about checkin, the pool, etc) and gave me a room that faced the pool and Disney fireworks. The staff were amazing and the hotel was comfortable. Random but I liked the window in my bathroom. That was really nice to open up and hear the birds in the morning. Most hotels don't have that.

Close to Disney

Room was nice and had a nice view of the fireworks at disney. Palm trees do cover some of the display, but still nice either way. I choose this place because it was a close driving distance to disney and I didn't feel like dropping almost a grand for 1 night. (Holiday weekend.) Location was amazing. Nice convenience store with friendly staff and delicious restaurants within a short walking distance. If you're into Vietnamese, Italian, Indian and/or American (Dennys) then this is the place for you! Staff at the front desk were friendly and informative. Definitely will come back again

The location of this property is why I chose it. It is next to A convenience store. And some restaurants. And it is walkable to the Disney land resort. And to harbor Blvd. where there are more dining options.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly option for Disney, skip this place. Carpet is so dirty, ur kids feet will be black after walking on it. They also don’t offer “free” breakfast. REGARDLESS of ur party size they have a deal with the Dennys across the street to give you only 2 breakfast vouchers per day instead of a continental breakfast. No to-gos. Dine in only and you basically have to pay out of pocket for the kids. Rooms also get very musty and hot very fast. The chairs also have a strong musty smell. Any clothes you leave on them for an extended period of time will smell afterwards. Housekeeping was great though and after a long day of Disney the room was always done up.

The stay was prefect! Quick checkin. We came for a quick Disneyland trip and it was perfect for us because it’s a quick 15-20 min walk to downtown Disney. We didn’t get to use the pool but looked really refreshing. The hotels connected next to the dennys parking lot so that was a plus if you needed a quick snack. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the morning breakfast coupons at Dennys because we wanted to go to the park at opening so the timeframes didn’t work for us as it’s only for dine in service. But we did enjoy the hotels grab and go bag and that includes: a granola bar, a danish and an apple. Nothing crazy but if you needed something to hold you over it’s not bad. We would definitely come back for another Disneyland trip.
