"You simply get what you pay for. I stayed in a dorm room and that was my first time in a hostel so I didn’t really know what to expect. Took me back to uni days, except where you don’t know anyone and they all come in at different times. I knew that going in though, but I just think it isn’t for me. With that being said it really just boils down to the people staying there. Some people don’t have bathroom etiquette, while others do. There was a chain smoker in the bathroom that was closest to me and left buds all over the floor. It looked like a crime scene. But again that really isn’t the staffs fault, it just comes with the type of place it is. The times I talked to the staff they were extremely kind and helpful!! Overall, location is amazing, and if you’re looking to meet new people this is probably the easiest place to do that. My only gripe is really the cleanliness of the toilet rooms sometimes and some of the shower rooms don’t have ventilation, so it smells like such."
