Clean room. Beautiful view. Totally contact free. Room runs on a card in the electric slot. Used a card from the last hotel and it worked fine. I recommend keeing your electronic key in whats app. Much easier than an email link. Worked great. Little smaller than expected. No place to put suitcases except the floor. Would recommend a couple fold out racks. Knowing that, i would pack differently next time. Would definitely come back to this lovely space.

Very walkable to most main attractions while being far enough to be on a quiet street. Room are decent size ; bed is comfortable. No AC. Place is secure and quiet. We really enjoyed the quiet backyard at the end of the day. Coffee machine is nice. Service is not very friendly or on time but we didn’t need them much.

This fully digitalized hotel is a pain. Nobody is there when guests will want their advice. Very slow to send digital key for late arrival. Rooms are small and poorly designed. NOT to be recommended.

Location was great. Room was nice, but small. The bathroom door was broken and incredibly hard to open, and we had one housekeeping issue. The staff was friendly. The steps are narrow and small - especially for my husband’s size 13 feet, but there is one small elevator. I didn’t love only having the key on my phone. With the long day and using maps all day, my phone died and we couldn’t get in (I had forwarded the link to the key to my husband, but only the other info from the link came up for him, not the keys) - so make sure your phone is always charged! Luckily the staff was able to open the doors remotely for us when I rang the bell. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Nice hotel with great transport links. Trams only 5min walk in all directions. One small complaint is I don't like the use of phones for keyless entry. Having to find an email with a link every time I wanted to get in the building and my room was annoying. Hotel was lovely and clean, very quiet with good facilities.

This was a good price and a great location. The staff was really nice. The only issue we had was that the room was very small and there were no dressers. We had to live out of a suitcase and it was very hard to get organized because the space was so limited.
