Book a hotel near American Airlines CR Smith Museum, Fort Worth

"On July 13, my 5:00pm AA flight was canceled and the next flight available was 10pm the following day. So instead of waiting, I was going to rent a car and drive home, but there were no cars available. So I booked the nearest hotel, which was Hyatt and I would worry about it getting home the next morning. I called Hyatt about a shuttle and Anthony ( or Antonio ) was there in less than 5 mins as if I was a VIP. Checking in the lady at the front desk was so sweet and knew I was a little distraught, as it was just me and my 14 yr old. We had nothing but the clothes on our back. She offered the essentials toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant. The room was perfect and just what we needed while I figure out what to do next. So I reserved a car for the following morning and a shuttle ride for 7 AM. I was sitting on the shuttle waiting to go to the car rental and I thought I’ll check AA and see if there are any flights before 10 PM. There was a flight at 8:30am but I couldn’t book it online, I had to do it at the airport. I leaped off the shuttle, ran upstairs woke up my sleeping daughter told her to grab her stuff that we we had to get to the airport ASAP in hopes to get on this flight that leaves in an 1 1/2 hrs. Ran downstairs and the shuttle had already left. Went to the front desk asked when the next shuttle was and explained the situation and then an angel appeared! Mr. Keith Keeter, he said let me go get the other shuttle and I’ll get you there!! He did and we made it home! "

Tania : the super elegant recepcionist always smily and ready to help from the buttom of her heart nice and kind lady . Mukesh patel: A friendly guy smily as usual with wink of an eye can solve any problem. Gabriel: A super wonderful men so dedicated to his work ready to help anyone no matter race religion .I remeber him coming from his home walking more than 45 mnt under the hot sun insist to take me by bus shuttle to my destination God bless you Gabriel. One employee disapointed me is Laxmi rude never smile when i ask her to use bus shuttle to go to Cr Smith museum she refused claim that this destination is more than 3 miles.I show her it is 1.8 miles.After i used the bus shuttle i call her in order the bus driver return me she claim that he is out of the hotel and he will me late,so i took ubber and return immediately to the hotel i found him at the hotel. And also i want to go to walmart she refused t o used the bus shuttle and ask me to use ubber.Pls to gain more customer and customers write a good review teach her to be honest nice and specialy don't lie to the customers they are not stupid. I suggest to put a sign in your hotel writing the customers is always right and a small box for customers complaints. Thanks"

"Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly. No free breakfast but the onsite restaurant has a breakfast buffet that is delicious for about the same price you'd spend eating out so it's worth it."
