One night before a flight. Very comfortable room, we upgraded allowing access to the lounge with free flowing drinks and snacks. That was worth it. All staff were very nice & helpful.

I didn’t like the fact that the taxi dropped me at the ground floor entrance and there is no help with luggage until you get to the reception area. I found it a struggle with my luggage large case small case and hand bag.
