I had originally requested a bath, I reminded reception when I arrived and was told it would have to be a single bed, so I agreed as I have back problems. I had an awful night due to the sunken matress. I looked at the matress and it looked old and there was a topper. I layed out 3 pillows on the matress in order to sleep. I had a flight at 9am the next morning, I had an awful night. I told reception in the morning and was told this would be passed on, to this date I have not heard anything. I have a foto of this bed.

The bed and pillows were amazing. The bed was like sleeping on fluffy clouds. We shall definitely book with Sofitel again in the future. The only thing missing was a magnified mirror in the bathroom, otherwise an amazing stay. Thankyou
