This completely remodeled duplex is close to downtown Amarillo and the amazing Hodgetown baseball stadium with easy access to both I-27 & I-40 to get you to all the restaurants and shopping! Come as our guest and leave feeling like family. We highly recommend that you purchase travelers insurance for other unforeseen situations.
RENTAL RULES Guests will be responsible for all damage to the property or furnishings; dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
Smoking is allowed outside only. There is NO SMOKING IN THE HOME. Please dispose of cigarettes and trash in the trash can.
People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. Great Craftsman
This quaint home is awesome! We have stayed in many VRBOs and were very pleased with our five day stay. Quiet neighborhood, decorated very well and a little of everything one may need. Love the Gas stove and the griddle between the burners. Needless to say, we had breakfast for Supper during our stay. It’s close to downtown that houses numerous restaurants and bars and places to enjoy the nightlife. The hosts are very good at communicating as well!
