Room was clean and had everything you’d want. Nice tea and coffee facilities with proper milk (in room fridge). Slept well bed was comfortable. Bar staff were lovely and had great drink suggestions. Breakfast was great, a large selection of options and cooked options too.

Excellent friendly staff very clean hotel though out the only thing that could have been better was the lunch and dinner menu not much choices also I noticed pool quite cold for me and shower and bath water was just warm not hot and I like a hot bath not a warm bath.

Good location, right in the centre of town but very hot no air conditioning and their rooms are quite small in need of some attention. They wanted to charge us 10 pounds for a late . checkout. Dragonfly Hotel Bury St Edmunds
No AC and room was so hot, no lift and had a heavy suitcase and lots of stairs, room service menu limited, missing items that I had to ask for. Room furniture old and dated, bad smell when you opened your room door. Would not stay again.
