"We were a family group of 10 and this 'cottage' had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Large dining area and a large sitting area. Kitchen was very good and pretty well equipped. Lots of kitchen storage and counter space for sure. There was a specific hot tub and a sauna for our unit plus a games room at ..."

Knights Inn Huntsville, ON
"We stayed one night and enjoyed our stay perfectly! Beds were comfortable and clean we were very warm with the heater and we used the microwave to cook our hotdogs that we planned on using a campfire for haha! I would recommend for the price and a secretly beautiful view"

Hidden Valley Resort, an Ascend Collection Resort
"Views were beautiful, beds were comfy and the room was very spacious. Pool was also wonderful! Rooms need a little updating, and an easier path to get down to the beach instead of walking all the way around the building. Didn’t opt for the breakfast as it was an additional $17/person."

Tally-Ho Inn
"We have never stayed in a cottage before so our expectations may have been different from others. We have camped in a RV for decades plus we have stayed in hotels and resorts before. I guess we weren’t sure what to expect, for example we thought someone might show up to tidy the place or at least ask if we needed anything. We had to go to the office but that was no big deal. I wanted to make sure my wife did not have to do too much so we had to drive about 15 minutes into Huntsville to find some restaurants which I knew in advance. Unfortunately Huntsville had some major construction work going on but we eventually found our way around. And before you say that we should have been prepared to cook and eat in the cottage i just wanted an experience somewhere between camping and staying at a hotel so yes i knew what we were getting ourselves into. I would definitely go back but earlier in the year so the temperature would be better. The place is located on a lake and only about a 40 minute drive to Algonquin provincial park where we spent a day at. Arrowhead provincial park is only a short drive north of Huntsville so the location of this place was spot on."
