Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the bedroom itself. The rooms feel quite outdated, and the beds are not as comfortable as expected for a hotel of this standard. While I genuinely enjoyed my stay overall, the condition of the bedrooms took away from what could have been an exceptional experience. With some updates and improvements to the rooms, this hotel could easily match the high quality it offers in every other area."
