"We had an amazing room with a beautiful balcony with sea view. The room was cleaned daily and they did a very thorough job. The staff, especially Carlos, were extraordinary. He was very patient with me doing the check-in in Spanish, since I’m learning it. Also they were super helpful with recommendations.
