Location is top notch, literally 20 feet to King St and all of the shops. Front desk staff was wonderful, especially Sophia. Rooms were spacious and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

The water pressure was non existent in the bathroom sink. And the bed felt super uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Probably time for an upgrade. The bathroom was also without a mirror working light.

"The room was clean. The staff was friendly. However, I was lied to by one of th front desk assistants about parking. The room was too cool and I could not change the temperature. The hotels does not have a microwave which was highly inconvenient. I was on the 25th floor and had to the bottom floor to use the communal microwaves. The parking lot was not attached to an elevator. So I had to walk with my luggage up two flights of steps and down a long hallway before getting to an elevator. I am glad I was able to walk. What would happen if someone was disabled? I would NOT stay there again."
