SMALL room despite it being a double (2 queen bed) room. Slow running toilet and blow dryer didn't work :(

Worn out hotel next to a park full of homeless.

Pros: Rooms were nice inside.
Cons: A security staff plus lobby staff that showed an interest in customer service.
This had to be one of my worst hotel experiences ever. The Travelocity pictures make the hotel look glamorous outside. I actually drove by it at first because the outside was so dingy. This is when we discovered that a park full of homeless people was right across the street. This put us on edge. The hotel had high fencing around the parking lot but no security wire. The lobby was nice. Only 1 staff member was present. The room was nice. We discovered there was no list of TV channels. I went down to the lobby to obtain one. While I was there a man looked into our room window, glared at my kiddo, and banged on the door. When I returned my kiddo was shaking and sobbing and begging that we leave. So we did. The one person at the desk at the lobby offered nothing in return. Lost my money. Another guest commented to me that guests were only on the 4th floor. I don't know if this is true.

Pleasent hotel on our southwest tour.

Pros: I liked the elevator that took us and our luggage up to our floor. We liked the big flat screen TV. we also enjoyed the "fireplace" and the breakfast.
Cons: The room was a bit worn but it was clean and acceptable. The phone kept making noises through the night And we could have used two more pillows.
We stayed one night. Very pleasant accommodations.

Nice hotel in good location of Albuquerque

Was in Albuquerque for a weekend getaway with the husband. Within walking distance from bars and restaurants. Nice pool and great breakfast buffet. Checking in and out was quick and the staff was friendly.

Well managed

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: small area near .
Very friendly staff with clean rooms. Hotel is old but very well maintained. Only downside was the area down central avenue from about 3rd to 6th which teemed with Potheads and punk types although they did not seem dangerous. All other areas near the Hotel were very nice. We would stay again.

never again, there is a reason the photo was taken at night

Pros: Free breakfast
this hotel was priced at three or four times what the rooms are worth. I have stayed a motel 6 that this place made seem like palaces. the building is such bad disrepair, the door to our room had as much bare wood as painted wood, there was a spot on the way to our room with bare plywood covering most of a 2 foot x 3 foot hole in the wall. the breakfast was nice and there was always coffee and juice but I doubt that this hotel under its current management will be around much longer.

Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived and were somewhat concerned when we saw the location and outside of the Hotel. The inside of the hotel was fine. Our room was extremely clean and adequate. The bed was wonderful with the Tempuri-Pedic mattress. (not hot like some) The breakfast was excellent. This hotel is in the stages of being renovated and has the potential to be outstanding. Owners should be encouraged to complete the outside. The maid service and front desk workers were outstanding!!! Nice outside pool. Could use comfortable chairs in room for viewing television.
