The beds weren’t very comfortable and the door wouldn’t latch to lock it. I let the staff at the desk know and it didn’t get addressed. We had to violently slam the door when left for the day.

"Have a handicap husband called to confirm never advised me of a shower curtain to the bathroom instead of a door had my daughter staying with us refrigerator not cold enough no ice machine, was broken no closet space bedsheets, we’re dirty I had asked Housekeeping to change it was ignored. Had to sleep in the dirty sheets again until it was replaced the next morning, no blankets to sleep with had to borrow blankets from my mother-in-law I can name a couple of the good things there were the mirror in the bathroom was nice and the staff’s was friendly but that’s about it. I would advised calling again if you have a handicapped family member to see if there is a door in place yet if that doesn’t bother you I guess it doesn’t matter, but it bothered me. "
