This was a pleasant surprise! I wasn’t expecting much based upon the outside of the building. However, I had one of the best hotel experiences in my life. The pictures on the website are exactly what it looks like on the inside. I have stayed at luxury hotels all over the world and this hotel has to be one the cleanest I have ever stayed in! My room was spotless. No nasty dust in the bathroom exhaust fan, fluffy towels, spotless carpeting, even the lamp shades were clean. The staff is honestly amazing. Friendly and very helpful. The free breakfast was very nice and varied every day. It was nice to eat off of real plates with flatware and cups. I will defiantly be calling the Phoenix Inn “home” the next time I’m in Albany.

Avoid all others near I5 in Albany, Oregon

Very accommodating & comfortable, even for night shift workers. Everywhere else we stay generally doesn’t consider that we’re day sleepers. Phoenix not only cared but were prepared. They have a day sleeper sign for your door. They send housekeeping at appropriate times and arrange in advance. No calls or knocks on your door in the middle of the day. We’ve had terrible experiences with 2 other properties nearby. Totally inconsiderate and clueless when it comes to night shift workers. Phoenix you were the best & we’ll definitely be back!

Nice spot.

We came in late. Hotel is locked for security which can be comforting to know. Night Manager was super nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast as well.
