No effort to help with problems. Couldn’t care less. Never ever flying Air France again.

We actually found the regular economy seat to be more comfortable than the premium economy seats.

Great

The beef served was tough and fatty. Hard to cut with the wooden knife. The worst meals ever had on AF.

Really bad food, really bad...terrible. Even the flight attendant was eating something she brought from the terminal.

Some flight staff was very rude. Food on all AirFrance flights is terrible.

When i was boarding my plane to Paris, a security officer obliged me to board the wrong plane and my boarding pass was not scanned. I almost ended up in Amsterdam...

Paid for extra legroom, confirmed the day before while doing online checkin. Given random separated seats.

Unfriendly staff in Algiers. Arrogant and unapproachable in Algiers (male staff members at the ticketing gate for AirFrance, particularly with a traveler who was disabled and myself having experienced this also).Terrible leg room on various AirFrance planes. Turkish Airlines provides better legroom for those 6’0 ft tall and over. Staff refused to staff middle section of plane with beverages, forcing everyone who needed a drink of water or anything else to walk the cluttered isles to the very back of the plane in the dark . When I asked why this is, I was told that the middle section was not equipped with turbulence sturdy shelving to hold beverage bottles. Staff was not willing to simply bring the beverage to the customer. There were ample staff members congregating in the back of the plane when I was forced to go all the way to the back of the plane for a drink of water. None of the staff that passed my aisle, who I asked for a beverage, offered to bring one to me. Unacceptable! What if I suffered from a disability that did not allow this? Will be flying with TurkishAirlines next time.
