Grandview Lake Placid
"Motel itself along with front desk staff was excellent. Amenities very nice. Location on top of hill afforded beautiful views, but could be difficult walk up to it from main street. Only issue I ran into was the website I booked through (Expedia) indicated the room fit 5 so I was assuming there was a pull out sofa, but only 2 queen beds. A little tight with myself, husband, daughter and 2 younger grandchildren, but could have been mislabeled by Expedia. Was able to get a cot for an extra minimal charge. Overall motel was very nice and we look forward to returning!"
