"The hotel is under renovation, but I was surprised to find there's no ramp from the reception area to the elevators; you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. The carpets on the fourth floor are quite worn and have mildew stains. The room had good air conditioning, but the bathroom was in poor condition and the bathtub was stained. The towels and sheets were clean. Overall, I'd give it a 5/10."
