At the front desk, Camille and Moya were both welcoming, professional, and attentive—always greeting me with smiles and making sure everything ran smoothly from check-in to departure. In the restaurant, Kadian provided top-notch service—friendly, engaging, and always ensuring my dining experience was wonderful. A special thanks to Stacy, the Housekeeping Manager, who was incredibly kind, professional, and hands-on with her team. My room was always pristine, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Every single staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely cared about creating a memorable experience for guests. Their teamwork and hospitality are what truly make this hotel stand out. The amenities were excellent—the pool area was relaxing, the restaurant and bar offered delicious food and drinks, and the entire property had a vibrant yet peaceful vibe. Overall, S Hotel Kingston exceeded my expectations in every way. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were outstanding.
