"Rooms and hospitality 5*.
So sorry but I have to coment some services that could improve;
- The pool restaurant service takes time, at first they wana convince us to go to buffet lunch but we insist on having lunch ala cart at pool, they say it will take time and it did but I don't see the reason for that delay.
Next, we wanted to order wine from the wine list Pino Grigio, it turned out that they didn't have it, or they just didn't want to give it because of another idea. They convinced us to have some SA wine and they serve first bottle already opend, with strange test and we couldn't stop thinking it could be a scam. And it probbably was... cos the next bottle of the same wine, served from another waiter was still closed and chilled when served was sth totaly different, much like we expected to be for the first bottle. Next we have to order the bottled water 4 times before arrive after half an hour or so. At the time there were 12 guests sitting at the restaurant, so no crowds. On the other hand there were 5 weiters on the shift.
- There were no early breakfast boxes waiting for us on the time we supose to live the hotel as agreed and written down at check in. At the end we get those but not with agreed content half an hour later cos airport shuttle was late as well for half an hour"
