"We have stayed here often but we were disappointed this time. Unit D3 is dirty and had many worn out features like torn chairs. The gas fireplace did not work. It was not terrible but it’s not the quality you would expect for a high cost rental."

"Would absolutely stay here again! It is the closest hotel to the national park entrance - basically a short walk across a courtyard. It was so great to have a suite so we could sleep in the room and our son could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was handy so we could eat quick breakfasts before heading out. We also made good use of the pool and jacuzzi after a hike, as well as the washing machines (they use 6 quarters for each load; 12 total with dryer). We also really enjoyed having a little balcony to enjoy the scenery. Our favorite part was the little river behind the property. We found tadpoles and little fish, skipped rocks, waded through the cool water and sat in the shade on the shore. Absolutely magical! Another benefit to this property was the discounts you got on nearby businesses, including 10% off at the coffee shop that shares the courtyard (we got smoothies, salads and egg sandwiches there) and 20% off at the brew pub which is directly by the entrance and was our personal favorite (good food, a beautiful patio and live music). The only thing we wished we’d done differently was get our rentals for the narrows from Zion Outfitters instead of the one we chose because it is right by the park entrance and we wouldn’t have had to hop in the car to pick them up or drop them off. Overall a great stay!"

"We stayed 2 nights as part of our road trip through Utah. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, had a view of Watchman and the farm next door (goats and turkeys). Having the Springdale shuttle stop right there was a plus. The included breakfast is at a restaurant using the meal voucher/coupon that you get at check-in. So you got to order off the menu. Lots of shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Once we parked the car we didn't use it until we had to leave. We would stay at the Bumbleberry again."

"Overall, not a bad stay. This is not a 5 star hotel by any means. It is a little expensive, but you are located in a good area. THERE IS NO FREE BREAKFAST included. You have to go to their restaurant to eat and it will cost about $50 per couple. There are better places within walking distance. The room was nice, albeit a bit small, but was clean. The pool was nice and some days overcrowded with kids. I probably would stay there again, but would have to get a better price."
